Erin Grimes brings over 25 years of experience from the Dallas County Criminal Court System to DebnamRust. She has worked on hundreds of criminal cases while adding support for those finding themselves criminally charged, victims of crime, and assisting family members. Although her main focus has been assisting clients navigate the criminal process and providing resources within the Dallas County felony criminal court system, she has worked extensively with felony court judges throughout her career, and she has interned at a family law firm while in high school.
Erin earned her paralegal certificate from Southern Methodist University and her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Texas Woman’s University. Her deep connection for providing a safe, nonjudgmental environment started while attending TWU through her gender specific and diversity courses. Her compassion for others helped her gain the role of Vice President of the Texas Woman’s University Criminal Justice National Honor Society.
Erin currently lives in Dallas, Texas where she enjoys spending her free time catching some live music and getting rid of the stress of the day at the gym.
